Owner's perspective - "We bought this lovely little cottage in 2017 and have enjoyed owning it. We have run it as a holiday cottage, renting out on Airbnb. It has been a successful rental and is popular, with great reviews. It’s a cute Peak District ‘hide away’ for couples to get away for a long weekend or a mid week break, although we have had stays of up to a fortnight. The multi fuel stove quickly heats up the whole house and is lovely for a cosy evening in. The front patio area makes the most of the sunshine and is perfect for a coffee outside.
The garage is useful for storage, as well as parking both inside and outside the garage.
We haven’t managed to make the most of the outside decks and the allotment area behind the garage. But it would be great for someone with green fingers, or could just be left as it is. The local pub is the Watts Russell, is handy for a quick pint of local ales and a chin-wag."
